For over a decade, Doc has been developing a course to teach parents how to gently and effectively treat their own babies for colic at home. He was thrilled to announce that this long-awaited course launched on October 15th, 2025. When Doc isn't at the office treating babies, he loves to spend time with his wife Phyllis and their children. Together they have 4 children, 9 grandchildren, and recently welcomed their first great grandchild. |

A Note From The Colic Doc
It is impossible to thank everyone who has helped me learn and create this technique that treats a baby's colic. Over the last forty years I have had the privilege of caring for thousands babies who had the dreadful condition known as colic. Each of these babies have been affected in many different degrees. Over this period of time, I have been able to create a colic treatment which is extremely effective in relieving painful colic symptoms.
I want to thank my wife and children, as they have patiently and graciously allowed me to treat many of these babies on my days off, weekends, holidays, and even at my home at odd hours of the night because many babies could not stop screaming and crying.
A “thank you” goes out to all the fathers and mothers who have courageously taken a step out of the mainstream to relieve their baby’s pain and not try to get rid of symptoms, but allow me to address the cause of the symptoms. Thank you for trusting me with your children. It has been a pleasure to serve you all.
In this modern time of rapid change, there has been very little progress made to help babies with colic. With all the medical advances and new treatments for Diabetes, Cancer, and Heart Disease, there has been little progress made in understanding crying babies, who have been diagnosed with colic. There have been many theories, products, and chemicals produced, which claim to reduce colic, however, most of these techniques and products can be helpful, but overall not curative. In fact, many things which are used, such as simethicone drops, actually aggravate the problem instead of fixing it. The reason being, instead of strengthening the muscle, it weakens it. Also, the number of babies being treated for acid reflux, who do not actually have acid reflux, is staggering.
This treatment has truly taught me the meaning of patience. I know it's difficult to listen to your baby cry, however, with this technique the crying will end very quickly. The main thing I must continue to tell you is that you must have patience and follow the instructions very carefully. If done correctly, you will see in a very short period of time, that your baby will respond to this treatment. Giving up too soon is not an option. If you want your baby to get well, don't change the treatment and most of all, take your time for the treatment. If you do as I instruct, you will soon have a baby that will sleep, laugh, and console.
